When is tuition due?
Tuition and fees are due 2 weeks prior to the quarter start date.
Are flight lab fees included in tuition?
No. Flight lab fees are billed separately, based on the aircraft type and the number of instruction hours.
Do exam fees change?
They can. FAA exam and examiner fees are set externally and are subject to change.
Are books and supplies included in tuition?
No. Books, supplies, and pilot kits (for aviation students) are billed separately and vary by program.
What happens if I drop or add a class after the quarter starts?
A course change fee may apply, and your tuition will be adjusted accordingly based on the credit load. Students should check with the registrar for deadlines and policies.
What if I need to retake a course?
Tuition and any related fees apply again for repeated courses. Additional flight lab fees may also apply for aviation courses.
What is the refund policy if I withdraw from the college?
Refunds are based on the timing of your withdrawal. Please see the Academy College Catalog for the full refund schedule.
