Inter-library Loan Policy

Academy College is a member of Minitex, which a network of academic, public, state government, and special libraries serving library patrons in Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota. Minitex also has a reciprocity agreement with Wisconsin libraries. When a work is not available in the Academy College collection and is available from another Minitex member, an inter-library loan request will be made. The loan period is determined by the lending library. So that the loan period will not be exceeded, all inter-library loan material needs to be returned to the Academy College library at a minimum of two days prior to the due date established by the lending library. Fines for material not returned or damaged are determined by the lending library. An additional $10.00 processing fee will be added by Academy College.
